2. System components
Quba II Vitesse II is a range of desks and conference tables with standard tops and
height-adjustment capability (standard 68...76 option 72...80, telescopic adjustment
62...82H). It comprises the following components:

Desks with welded steel frames.
Side frames: Quba II (square tube 5 cm x 5 cm) Vitesse (round tube ∅ 5.5 cm)
Free-form and oval desks with conference base
Type 33, 47, 71
Desk base 60...100T
(Side averted from user = 26.5 cm projecting surface) i.e. all adjustments to all desk
depths are possible, excluding T-base
Side frame runs the length of surface depth for Type 10, or side frame no. 90.
With hardly any effort, side frames can be switched from left to right.

Top organisation
Type 10 or straight rear side
Top Organisation (3rd level) is clamped to any part of the diagonal frame. Partial
fitting, or extension across the whole desk width, is possible.
Fastening of parts on type 33
Top Organisation compenents (3rd level) are screwed to the rear of the desk through
the top. Individual positioning is possible as the hole on the underside of the top is
only outlined and not drilled through. Pay attention to other components (e.g. cable
channell) during assembly.

Automatic height adjustment by turning the screw stud (tapered inner tube). The
numbered scale facilitates adjustment.
Telescopic adjustment with castors ∅ 7.5 cm, suited to all floors (69.5...89.5H)

Casters and adjusting screw: Adjusting screw on user side, Castors on rear side
(easy transporation)
Cable trays and optional cable channels (removable) are available for horizontal
wiring.
Connectable electrical sockets with power-supply and connecting cables can be
placed in cable channels or clipped onto any part of the support frame.
Optional components are available for vertical wiring. These include:
• Flexible cable channel (cable chain) made of extendible plastic boots (adaptable
to cable supports/cable channel.
• Tool holder (Vitesse) made of anodised EV1 aluminium, designed to fit plastic
boots
• Tool holder (Vitesse) made of anodised EV1 aluminium, designed to fit plastic
boots and cable chain for cable channel extension, or secured to cable support,
to balance out various desk heights.
Access to horizontal wiring is gained through a self-locking sliding plate (optional). An
additional anti-crush mechanism is available (2.5 cm before end position). The
locking mechanism is released by means of a rail along the width of the desk.

5. Ergonomics
Quba II Vitesse II is a cost-effective, modular 4-leg desk range. It is extremely
versatile and adaptable. Simple construction is designed for interconnection, with a
lot of leg room.
A wide range of tops is available.
Option: Locking plate/Cable channel/Telescopic adjustment/Castor
Two desk heights possible (68...76 and/or 72...80).
A “third level”, linked to the top stabiliser, is possible with:
- Tenaro panel or optionally with Orga panel/Board/counter top
- Rio panel (see Rio price list) or
- Top Organisation
Quba II Vitesse II is suited to all uses, ranging from home offices to large offices and
from reception areas to conference rooms. It is also extremely mobile.
