ture, and in many places is applied to man; but in no
lace without giving some characteristic mark of hb
[.ing born of God, or inheritmg the fruits of the divine
Spirit; and very often the word blessed is used stan

lxii 11, 12, Behold, the Lord hath proclaimed unto the
