Cathy and Mike). He is an active<br />
member of <strong>the</strong> Placerville Rotary Club<br />
(President 1999-2000 and Skate Park<br />
Co-Chairman 2000-2004), UC Berkeley<br />
Alumni Association, El Dorado<br />
County Sheriff’s Posse, and <strong>the</strong> <strong>Marshall</strong><br />
Hospital Foundation Board. The<br />
Barsotti Family Juice Company has<br />
grown steadily, and now son Mike is<br />
President and daughter Cathy is Marketing<br />
Director. Gael has six grandchildren<br />
and enjoys being a grandfa<strong>the</strong>r.<br />
Sherry Smith moved to El Dorado<br />
County in 1998. She served <strong>the</strong> students<br />
of <strong>the</strong> Buckeye Union School<br />
District as superintendent for over five<br />
years. Currently, she is <strong>the</strong> superintendent<br />
of <strong>the</strong> El Dorado Union High<br />
School District. She is a member of<br />
<strong>the</strong> El Dorado County Chamber of<br />
Commerce. She and her husband,<br />
Jerry, reside in El Dorado Hills. They<br />
have three sons and three grandchildren<br />
and are involved in many charitable<br />
activities in El Dorado County.<br />
Terry J. Tuttle, CPA is a partner<br />
in <strong>the</strong> accounting firm of Weston &<br />
Tuttle in Cameron Park. He has held<br />
various positions with several prominent<br />
companies, including Controller,<br />
Publisher, CFO, VP of Finance and Administration,<br />
Executive VP and COO.<br />
Terry and his wife and children are all<br />
very active in <strong>the</strong>ir community and<br />
church. His greatest accomplishments<br />
in life have come from being a fa<strong>the</strong>r<br />
and husband, climbing Mt. Whitney<br />
(<strong>the</strong> highest peak in <strong>the</strong> continental<br />
U.S.) several times and running marathons.<br />
Over <strong>the</strong> years he has served<br />
on several boards.<br />
Reginald D. Rice Sr., MD has<br />
been practicing family medicine in<br />
Placerville for 22 years and serves as<br />
<strong>Medical</strong> Director of <strong>Medical</strong> Staff Integration<br />
for <strong>Marshall</strong> <strong>Medical</strong> <strong>Center</strong>.<br />
After graduating from Loma Linda<br />
University School of Medicine in 1963<br />
and finishing internship, Dr. Rice<br />
and his family did pioneer mission<br />
service for <strong>the</strong> SDA Church on Guam<br />
Island and <strong>the</strong>n Sabah, Malaysia on<br />
Borneo for seven years. Returning for<br />
a year of general surgery residency,<br />
he chose to return to family medicine<br />
and was board certified in that<br />
specialty, recertifying most recently<br />
in 2006. His medical activities have<br />
included being President of <strong>the</strong> San<br />
Luis Obispo County <strong>Medical</strong> Society,<br />
Director of a New England Family<br />
Medicine Residency in Boston, Mass.,<br />
Chief of Staff of three hospitals, most<br />
recently <strong>Marshall</strong>, and founder of <strong>the</strong><br />
Sierra <strong>Center</strong> for Family Practice, a<br />
community health clinic in Placerville.<br />
His avocations include family activities<br />
and cherry ranching.<br />
A. Bruce Dickson and his wife<br />
Glenda moved to El Dorado County in<br />
1989. In 1992 he began <strong>the</strong> Financial<br />
Planning firm of Lane, Dickson &<br />
Associates, LLC. In 2008, he formed<br />
Dickson Financial Advisors to focus<br />
on working with foundations and<br />
endowments, managing <strong>the</strong> assets<br />
of families and private trusts, as well<br />
as working in <strong>the</strong> eldercare environment.<br />
Professionally he is a member<br />
of <strong>the</strong> Financial Planning Association,<br />
<strong>the</strong> Financial Services Institute and<br />
<strong>the</strong> Financial Industry Regulatory<br />
Authority. An active member of <strong>the</strong><br />
community, Bruce has served as a<br />
Trustee of <strong>the</strong> <strong>Marshall</strong> Foundation for<br />
Community Health (President 2000<br />
– 2004). More recently, Bruce served<br />
with Gael Barsotti as Co-chair of <strong>the</strong><br />
Emergency Room Capital Campaign.<br />
He has also served <strong>the</strong> community<br />
through his affiliation with <strong>the</strong> Kiwanis<br />
Club of Placerville (President 1999<br />
– 2000), <strong>the</strong> Planned Giving Advisory<br />
Council (Charter Member), Cameron<br />
Park Community Advisory Board and<br />
as a life member of Sierra Wildlife<br />
Rescue. Bruce and Glenda make <strong>the</strong>ir<br />
home in Camino, CA.<br />
Harry Norris has been a resident<br />
of and business owner in El Dorado<br />
County for 25 years. He is now retired<br />
but remains active in <strong>the</strong> community,<br />
on volunteer and elected boards,<br />
Harry brings a strong sense of commitment<br />
to his work. Harry is a board<br />
member of <strong>the</strong> El Dorado Irrigation<br />
District and a special district member<br />
of LAFCO (Local Agency Formation<br />
Commission). He was a 10-year member<br />
of <strong>the</strong> El Dorado County School<br />
Board as well as a founding member<br />
of <strong>the</strong> El Dorado Hills Chamber of<br />
Commerce among o<strong>the</strong>r commitments.<br />
His involvement has earned<br />
him several local awards, including<br />
<strong>the</strong> 1999 Leader in Boardsmanship<br />
Award and 2003 Spirit of Boardsmanship<br />
Award from El Dorado County<br />
School Boards Association, <strong>the</strong> El<br />
Dorado Hills Citizen of <strong>the</strong> Year in<br />
1998, and <strong>the</strong> 1990 El Dorado County<br />
Outstanding Small Business award.<br />
Harry lives in El Dorado Hills. He has<br />
a married son, an “ideal” daughter-inlaw<br />
and a wonderful young grandson.<br />
Jayne Moore has lived in El Dorado<br />
County since 1961 and graduated<br />
from El Dorado High School. Her<br />
three children were all raised in El Dorado<br />
County and also graduated from<br />
El Dorado High School. Jayne has<br />
worked for El Dorado Savings Bank<br />
for 35 years and is currently a Senior<br />
Vice President/Branch Administrator.<br />
