We have transformed our National Conference into an event any agent would be proud to attend. In addition, we have expanded our reach into Canada where the company has introduced a controversial new business model that has angered many agents there. As I step down as NAPAA President, I am confident that our association is stronger and well-positioned for the future. It has been my good fortune to have been able to serve with such a fine crop of officers and directors. For the most part, they have been very supportive of my goals for our association - it has been both a pleasure and a privilege to work with them. I am also grateful for the opportunity to meet so many agency owners from all over the country. I can’t begin to tell you how much they accomplish every day – it really is incredible. The 2008 National Exclusive Agent Conference is just a few days away. This will be a very informative conference. In addition to a great speaker line-up, we will host special sessions for Florida agents and for those who are thinking about selling their agencies.
