RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR TEMPERATURE
CONTROL SYSTEM (TCS) AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM
(FMCS)
WHEREAS, the 2010 Budget provides funds for the purchase of certain materials and
supplies and equipment whose aggregate value will exceed $29,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the State Statutes require that items exceeding $29,000.00 be properly
advertised and bids received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Advertising of Bids is hereby
authorized, in accordance with the respective specifications for the following items:

FACILITY MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM

RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
GLOUCESTER, COUNTY OF CAMDEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY
APPOINTING LEE. L. ROMM, INC. FOR GREEN ACRES APPRAISALS FOR
VARIOUS PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, there exists a need for Green Acres Appraisals for various properties
WHEREAS, the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-2 et seq.) requires that
the resolution authorizing the award of contracts for "Professional Services" without competitive
bids, must be publicly advertised, and
WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of Gloucester does hereby designate
Lee L. Romm as Appraiser for the Township of Gloucester.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township
of Gloucester, County of Camden, and State of New Jersey, as follows:
l. That Lee L. Romm be and is hereby appointed as Appraiser for the Township of
Gloucester, since by nature of his qualifications and experience, he is well qualified.
2. This contract is awarded without competitive bidding as "Professional Service" under
the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, because the aforesaid agreement encompasses
