V(a) conclude EU-level or bilateral agreements with the countries of origin and of transit
containing clause on legal and illegal migration as well as development

with the countries of origin and of transit in order to strengthen border control. These
could include wider, more comprehensive agreements covering various elements related

Latvia is one of the member states which have signed the European Union Mobility
Partnership with Georgia which is one of the priority countries for Latvia in the framework of
