Styles
Artists work in different styles. Some artists develop a characteristic style that is easy to
recognize. Others change their style to fit each book. Try to find examples of each. Why
do you think the artist chose that particular style for that book
Images
Many artists have depicted the same object in very different ways. Color, style, media,
and mood all contribute to these differences. Look at similar images from different works
of art and discuss the similarities and differences.
