<strong>CPD</strong> Interview Questions (School)<br />

It is anticipated that each interview will take approximately 45 minutes and will be recorded.<br />

The purpose <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se interviews will be to proved important contextual, procedural and<br />

factual information that will contribute to <strong>the</strong> field work compilation. The interviews also <strong>of</strong>fer<br />

an important means <strong>of</strong> contrasting and comparing evidence about evaluative practices from a<br />

variety <strong>of</strong> perspectives within <strong>the</strong> school.<br />

you need to be effective in this role? How do you gauge your own effectiveness?<br />

2. What kinds <strong>of</strong> <strong>CPD</strong> do you organise/facilitate for o<strong>the</strong>rs? Can you describe one or two<br />

recent <strong>CPD</strong> events that you have organised/facilitated for o<strong>the</strong>rs? How were <strong>the</strong>se<br />

events evaluated? What were <strong>the</strong> main outcomes from <strong>the</strong>se events in terms <strong>of</strong><br />

making an impact upon:<br />

• Individual teachers’ skills, abilities or knowledge?<br />
