the science of “bubbleology” as applied to champagne and
beer with a few digs along the way
at the foibles of academic publishing,
academic snobbery, and academic
tenure. An apt illustration
of themes pertaining to the “Ethics
in Science – Chemistry and Ethics”
Congress special topic, but actually
of relevance to the entire chemical
community.
