Measure transformer (protection and measure)
No usual limitation (compatibility with parc, with old protections)
Need to be adapted to transit (from 500 A to 3125 A)
Reduce number of different models form 26 to 8
Combine circuit breaker – disconnector
Exclude maintenance of chamber (synchronisation & resistance)
Exclude low voltage maintenance (unless use of numeric control and command)
Multi position disconnector
Need separate command (to prevent modification of control and command)
Need separate exploitation (for maintenance operation)
Excluded if a single fault may exclude restart on one of the two bus bar

Results
A new specification for RTE which is in accordance with the other specification
A structure of document with try to be in accordance with IEC future standard
For engineering, 45 parameters have to be defined to specify the combine equipment
Bounds dues to environment
Circuit breaker – disconnector in HV suppose using numerical control cubicle in RTE
substation
Measure transformer should be replace by electronic measurement systems to offer a
standard for all kind of departure – This suppose an IEC communication standard and
an offer from suppliers (protection, control & command…)
