General <strong>information</strong><br />
Climate<br />
The temperature of Bangkok in August is ranged from 25-33 °C. Participants are encouraged to<br />
dress appropriated attire.<br />
Recommended accommodation<br />
Foreign participants are recommended to stay at Seminar Building, where the conference is held.<br />
The rooms are equipped with a color television, air-conditioner, refrigerator, and hot/warm<br />
shower. The rates for single and double rooms are 25 and 35 USD, respectively. Attention is paid<br />
to the limited availability of rooms.<br />

Fees will be refunded only if the cancellation is notified by 25 July 2013. If not, participants are<br />
