Total Body Resistance<br />

Training (TRX ® )<br />

TRX ® is a method of functional training<br />

with an edge over conventional training<br />

due to a unique combination of body<br />

weight and gravity. TRX Suspension<br />

Training incorporates strength, flexibility,<br />

balance and core stability all at<br />

once. All fitness levels welcome.<br />

Tuesday and Thursday - 7:00-8:00 am<br />

1 day/week<br />

2-days/week<br />

Women on Weights<br />

Women on Weights (WOW) is a small<br />

group class that will focus on strength<br />

training specifically for women! The<br />

class will meet twice a week and<br />

participants will learn different<br />

resistance training exercises ranging<br />

from resistance bands, dumbbells, and<br />

effective body weight exercises. After<br />

this class, women will feel more<br />

comfortable developing a strength<br />

training program on their own.<br />

Monday and Wednesday<br />

10:00-11:00 am, 6:00-7:00 pm<br />

FIT CHECKS<br />

Fit Checks are available FREE to all<br />

adult members every month. Fit<br />

Checks include: Weight, Body Mass<br />

Index, Body Fat Percentage, and<br />

Blood Pressure.<br />

1st Tuesday of the month<br />

9:00 am-11:00 am and 5:00-7:00 pm<br />

Get Real - Real Life Weight<br />

Management<br />

Get Real is an 8 week discussion-based<br />

class to help and support member’s<br />

efforts in building self-esteem, losing<br />

weight and keeping it off sensibly.<br />

Weekly meetings are held that<br />

encourage the group to follow sound<br />

nutrition advice to reach realistic<br />

weight loss goals. Books and food logs<br />

are provided for the class.<br />

Thursday - 11:15-12:00 pm<br />

Member: $48 Non member: $64<br />

Trekking<br />

This fitness class is done on a treadmill<br />

and includes challenging power mixes,<br />

treadmill hill climbing, speed intervals<br />

and unique strength moves to build<br />

endurance and strength. Walkers and<br />

runners welcome! Whether you are just<br />

getting started or are an experienced<br />

exerciser, let us coach you to achieve<br />

your personal best!<br />
