TRX ® (Total Body<br />

Resistance Training)<br />

TRX ® , or Total Body Resistance Training,<br />

is a method of functional training<br />

with an edge over conventional training<br />

due to a unique combination of body<br />

weight and gravity. TRX ® Suspension<br />

Training incorporated strength, flexibility,<br />

balance, and core stability all<br />

at once. All fitness levels welcome. All<br />

sessions include pre and post group<br />

Wellness Assessments.<br />

Personal Trainer<br />

Synergistic workout using weights,<br />

tubing, cycling, steps, ropes, ladders,<br />

calisthenics, and dexterity.<br />

Women on Weights<br />

This class educates women on the benefits<br />

of strength training. Women will<br />

gain these benefits: stronger muscles,<br />

better balance, stronger bones, more<br />

energy, increased metabolism, and<br />

many more.<br />

Self-Defense<br />

“Street Savvy Combat” is a hybrid<br />

system of self-defense that prepares<br />

an individual for the realities of the<br />

streets. The system addresses several<br />

ranges of combat with techniques that<br />

are no nonsense, direct and very effective.<br />

This is a sound and complete<br />

personal protection system.<br />
