Dear Chris and Caroline, Thank you again for the<br />
outstanding service. As you know, I had a specific idea in<br />
mind which had some unusual features. I did not feel<br />
confident that the first company I approached could<br />
achieve the design I wanted after their repeated failure to<br />
provide a drawing to my specifications. In contrast you<br />
provided the drawing I needed quickly and efficiently<br />
which, together with your professional and caring<br />
approach, left me in no doubt about placing an order with<br />
you.<br />
My mother and I are delighted with the stone, and I know<br />
my father would have liked it. It's funny but it seems so<br />
appropriate for him, with its height, slim width and stylish<br />
features. I hope I can equal your high standards in the small<br />
planting area in front of the stone with my flowers.<br />
You both do such an important job and you do it extremely<br />
