51.3. On road in which road tracks are separated physically <strong>on</strong>e from another, it is not<br />

allowed for the driver to move with his vehicle through the road track fated for the<br />

vehicle movement from the opposite directi<strong>on</strong>.<br />

51.4. On road for vehicle movement <strong>on</strong> <strong>on</strong>e directi<strong>on</strong>, it is not allowed for the driver to<br />

move with his vehicle <strong>on</strong> the opposite directi<strong>on</strong>.<br />

51.5. For a minor offence, in an amount from 130€ shall be fined, vehicle driver who acts<br />

in c<strong>on</strong>tradicti<strong>on</strong> with the provisi<strong>on</strong>s of paragraph 1, 2, 3 or 4 of this Article. To the same<br />

<strong>on</strong>e shall be pr<strong>on</strong>ounced two negative points.<br />

Article 52<br />

At the roads with the tram rail level, vehicle can move through the rail if does not disturb<br />

the tram movement, except if with the traffic signs is not decided different.<br />

Article 53<br />

53.1. Vehicle driver which attempts to move reverse with his vehicle may do this <strong>on</strong> a<br />

short part of the road if it does not disturb or endanger the other traffic participants.<br />

53.2. During the reverse movement <strong>on</strong> the vehicle all the pointer directi<strong>on</strong> signals must<br />

be <strong>on</strong>.<br />

53.3. When the driver moves reverse with the vehicle must move <strong>on</strong> that part of the road<br />

in which he moved till then.<br />

53.4. When the vehicle driver moves reverse, must give priority to the vehicles which are<br />

coming behind his vehicle.<br />

53.5. For a minor offence, in an amount from 25€ shall be fined vehicle driver who acts<br />

in c<strong>on</strong>tradicti<strong>on</strong> with the provisi<strong>on</strong>s of this Article.<br />

5. SPEED<br />

Article 54<br />

54.1. Driver must drive the vehicle, with adequate speed and behavior which allows the<br />

driver to c<strong>on</strong>trol the vehicle, <strong>on</strong> the existing traffic circumstances, especially while<br />

having in regard the view, c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s and road visibility, c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong> and vehicle burden,<br />

atmospheric c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s and traffic density in way to stop his vehicle before any<br />

interrupti<strong>on</strong>.<br />

54.2. It is not allowed for the driver with no reas<strong>on</strong>able motives to move so slow with<br />

vehicle causing with this disturbance or endangering other traffic participants.<br />

54.3. When the moving speed from paragraph 2 of this Article is half slower than it is<br />

allowed for that road or a part of it, driver of that vehicle must turn <strong>on</strong> all the directi<strong>on</strong><br />

pointers signals, except if he uses the rotati<strong>on</strong>al twinkling light.<br />

54.4. Vehicle moving speed <strong>on</strong> public road during the normal traffic c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s is not<br />

allowed to restrain under 40 km/h unless otherwise determined by this <str<strong>on</strong>g>Law</str<strong>on</strong>g>.<br />
