66.1. If to the traffic light <strong>on</strong> crossroad (juncti<strong>on</strong>) is added a supplemental light or<br />
supplemental lights with the arrow form, during the time while those lights are <strong>on</strong>, the<br />
driver can cross with the vehicle <strong>on</strong> the directi<strong>on</strong> of the arrows even during the time while<br />
the red light or orange light is <strong>on</strong>, but must let off the vehicles which are moving <strong>on</strong> that<br />
road where he is entering and the pedestrians who are crossing that road.<br />
66.2. If the green light <strong>on</strong> the traffic light has the arrow form, vehicle driver is allowed to<br />
move <strong>on</strong>ly <strong>on</strong> the arrow sign directi<strong>on</strong>s.<br />
66.3. For a minor offence, in an amount from 130€ shall be fined, vehicle driver who acts<br />
in c<strong>on</strong>tradicti<strong>on</strong> with the provisi<strong>on</strong>s of this Article, to him will be pr<strong>on</strong>ounced the defense<br />
measure of motored vehicle operati<strong>on</strong> forbiddance in durati<strong>on</strong> from 2 to 6 m<strong>on</strong>ths and<br />
two negative points.<br />
Article 67<br />
67.1. The vehicle driver is not allowed the entrance in (crossroad) juncti<strong>on</strong> if traffic<br />
density is such that if the driver wants to stop with the vehicle <strong>on</strong> crossroad (juncti<strong>on</strong>) or<br />
<strong>on</strong> pedestrian passageway will disturb or enable the vehicle traffic which are coming<br />
from the side ways of the road or the pedestrian traffic.<br />
67.2. For a minor offence, in an amount from 25€ shall be fined, vehicle driver who acts<br />
in c<strong>on</strong>tradicti<strong>on</strong> with the provisi<strong>on</strong>s of this Article.<br />
9. OPPOSITE PASSING<br />
Article 68<br />
Driver is obliged during the opposite passing, to keep the safe sideways distance between<br />
his vehicle and the other vehicle or traffic participant, which is opposite passing and if its<br />
necessary to avoid <strong>on</strong> the right side of the road or to stop to enable the safe opposite<br />
passing.<br />
Article 69<br />
69.1. When the opposite passing of vehicles is impossible as a road workings<br />
c<strong>on</strong>sequence, to the stopped vehicle or some other interrupti<strong>on</strong> <strong>on</strong> the road, the vehicle<br />
driver which has the interrupti<strong>on</strong> <strong>on</strong> his moving directi<strong>on</strong>, must stop to give priority<br />
passing to the vehicle which comes from the opposite directi<strong>on</strong> of the road.<br />
69.2. When in juncti<strong>on</strong> vehicles come from the opposite directi<strong>on</strong>s and turn left, those<br />
will be opposite passed in such way that shall let go with priority passing toward the<br />
vehicles which come from their right side.<br />
69.3. For a minor offence, in an amount from 25€, shall be fined the driver who acts in<br />
c<strong>on</strong>tradicti<strong>on</strong> with the provisi<strong>on</strong>s of this Article.<br />
Article 70<br />
70.1. On road with a big l<strong>on</strong>gitudinal incline where the opposite passage with other<br />
vehicle is difficult or impossible, vehicle driver who moves downwards must stop and to<br />
