c) to warn the other traffic participants under c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong> when other driver will expose<br />

to the blinding light.<br />

Article 90<br />

Driver is obliged to use the warning signs of sound when it is needed by the traffic safety<br />

especially:<br />

a) <strong>on</strong> the roads outside the inhabited z<strong>on</strong>es to inform the other traffic participant, that<br />

wants to overpass or bypass, when the n<strong>on</strong>-release of this signal would cause<br />

danger of the traffic accident;<br />

b) if beside the road are children which do not pay attenti<strong>on</strong> to traffic vehicles;<br />

c) <strong>on</strong> the road outside inhabited z<strong>on</strong>es, before entering the invisible and tight curves or<br />

before arrival <strong>on</strong> a ridge, <strong>on</strong> which the opposite passing is difficult.<br />

Article 91<br />

91.1. From the dusk till full down, vehicle driver as a rule uses instead the warning sound<br />

sign uses the warn signal with light. This signal the vehicle driver must use also in an<br />

inhabited z<strong>on</strong>e during the overpass of the other vehicle.<br />

91.2. The vehicle driver can also use warning signal with lights during the day if it is<br />

necessary in such way to warn the other traffic participants will reply better <strong>on</strong> road<br />

circumstances.<br />

91.3. Warning signal with lights proceeds while lighting with short c<strong>on</strong>secutive intervals of<br />

l<strong>on</strong>g lights, or while lighting <strong>on</strong> c<strong>on</strong>secutive way with short lights for road resplendence, or<br />

while lighting in alternative way, in short intervals the l<strong>on</strong>g and short lights.<br />

91.4. For a minor offence, in an amount from 25 €, shall be fined the driver who acts in<br />

c<strong>on</strong>tradicti<strong>on</strong> with the provisi<strong>on</strong>s of Articles 88 to Article 91 of this <str<strong>on</strong>g>Law</str<strong>on</strong>g>.<br />

12. STOPPING AND PARKING<br />

Article 92<br />

92.1. Stopping and vehicle parking is allowed <strong>on</strong>ly where the vehicle is visible from a<br />

passably distance for other drivers and do not disturb or endanger the road traffic.<br />

92.2. Vehicle driver who stops or parks the vehicle <strong>on</strong> public road must stop respectively<br />

park as close to the right edge of the road.<br />

92.3. On road, places, respectively areas fated for stopping and parking, and <strong>on</strong> the<br />

c<strong>on</strong>structed surfaces of traffic foreseen for pedestrian movement, is not allowed the<br />

disposal of the vehicles which are not used <strong>on</strong> traffic (unusable, not registered or similar)<br />

or combinati<strong>on</strong> of vehicles which are <strong>on</strong>ly used temporarily (light trailer, trailer house or<br />

similar), stuff, similar materials which disturb the normal traffic flow or pollute the<br />

envir<strong>on</strong>ment.<br />

92.4. Vehicle driver must use the way of stopping the vehicle, as shows with the<br />

horiz<strong>on</strong>tal and vertical signalizati<strong>on</strong>.<br />
