a) <strong>on</strong> motored moti<strong>on</strong> vehicles except the moped and motorcycle without side trailer<br />

should have at least two white lights <strong>on</strong> the fr<strong>on</strong>t part and two red lights <strong>on</strong> the back<br />

part,<br />

b) moped and motorcycle without side trailer - at least <strong>on</strong>e white light <strong>on</strong> the fr<strong>on</strong>t part<br />

and at least <strong>on</strong>e red light <strong>on</strong> the back part,<br />

c) when the motored vehicle tows <strong>on</strong>e or two combined vehicles <strong>on</strong> the back part of the<br />

last combined vehicle must aglow at least two red lights, and if the vehicle wideness<br />

of the combined vehicle is bigger than 1,60 meters, <strong>on</strong> the fr<strong>on</strong>t part of the first<br />

combined vehicle must allow two white lights.<br />

Article 119<br />

Excepti<strong>on</strong>ally from the rules of the Article 118 if this law, it is no need to have the lights<br />

aglow:<br />

a) stopped or parked vehicle <strong>on</strong> the enlightened part of the road that is observable from a<br />

c<strong>on</strong>sidered distance;<br />

b) stopped or parked vehicle <strong>on</strong> due places <strong>on</strong> road or outside the road or in a road with<br />

a weakly traffic intensity;<br />

c) bicycle, moped and motorcycle without a side trailer which does not have a battery<br />

where they are stopped or parked <strong>on</strong> inhabited z<strong>on</strong>es beside the right edge of the road.<br />

Article 120<br />

Motored vehicle at which the length does not cross 8 meters and the width of 2 meters, and to<br />

which is not attached the combined vehicle, when it is stopped or parked <strong>on</strong> the road inside<br />

inhabited z<strong>on</strong>e, instead of lights according to the Article 118 of this law thou have lightened<br />

a light which from the fr<strong>on</strong>t part is seen white, and <strong>on</strong>e (1) light from the back part as red,<br />

and placed <strong>on</strong> the opposite side from the road edge in which the vehicle is stopped or parked.<br />

Article 121<br />

121.1. For the road resplendence the vehicle driver with motored power as a rule uses the<br />

l<strong>on</strong>g lights.<br />

121.2. Excepti<strong>on</strong>al from the provisi<strong>on</strong>s of paragraph 1 of this Article the vehicle driver<br />

must use the short lights as follows:<br />

a) when exists the possibility other vehicle who comes versus and when <strong>on</strong>e of the<br />

vehicle drivers turns off the l<strong>on</strong>g lights and switches <strong>on</strong> the short lights,<br />

b) when it exists a possibility to disturb from the back the driver of the fr<strong>on</strong>t vehicle,<br />

c) when there exists the vehicle which moves near <strong>on</strong> railway, or when approaches<br />

versus the sailing vehicle, if <strong>on</strong>e of these vehicles moves within a distance that<br />

exists the possibility to disturb the driver.<br />
