WE WOULD LIKE TO
ACKNOWLEDGE THAT
2014 WAS THE YEAR
OF REMARKABLE
OPTIMISM FOR THE
UAE DRIVEN BY STABLE
GOVERNMENT POLICIES
AND SOUND ECONOMIC
PLANNING
According to the International
Monetary Fund (IMF), the country’s
strong economic performance
will continue in 2015 with the
expectation of 4.5 per cent growth.
The positive economic outlook will
bode well for the UAE’s facilities
management (FM) industry that
has emerged as a well-developed
economic sector.
Imdaad has always given special
emphasis to consolidation of its
core competencies to enhance
the quality of its service that
not only complements the
UAE’s continual growth but
also add significant value to the
FM sector. We have outlined a
visionary road map towards more
growth and development via the
implementation of our five-year
growth plan .
It entails creating more
opportunities in the FM sector by
expanding to newer markets in
the GCC, enhancing its services to
offer more green and sustainable
facilities, forging strategic
partnerships in the UAE and
beyond, and signing long-term
contracts with our existing and
new clients
Our dynamic plans for 2015 will
help us streamline our processes
and venture into fresher territories
such as hospitality, aviation and
hospitals to achieve our long-term
agendas. Imdaad is upbeat of
achieving important milestones
this year by leveraging advanced
technologies and latest techniques
to deliver integrated FM solutions
in line with the UAE’s transition
towards a ‘smart’ city.
Region wise, we already have
an established presence in Qatar,
Oman and Saudi Arabia and
going ahead, we want to venture
into other GCC countries where
the demand for FM services is
rising significantly. Lastly, Imdaad
is looking forward to establish
strategic partnerships or form new
joint ventures for service expansion
into the Waste Management
industry.
With the focus on environmentalfriendly
practices and sustainable
solutions, we would like to offer
our expertise through new JVs to
reach out to the region’s various
market segment
I reiterate my faith and belief in
Imdaad’s workforce and expect
each employee to make a
valuable contribution and offer
exemplary services in exceeding
our expectations. Let us commence
our 2015 with small steps to
achieve our goals with Lao Tzu’s
words “The journey of a thousand
miles begins with a single step.” I
