IMDAAD INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS SURVEY As part of our continual improvement to keep all our staff up to date and informed about what we do at Imdaad we use various methods of communication. Internally we use methods such as newsletters, Corporate Communications, Emails and intranet etc. To ensure we are communicating information that is both useful, informative and relevant we would request your assistance. HIGH POTENTIAL RETENTION POLICY & SUCCESSION PLANNING POLICY As we grow together in Imdaad family, in order to achieve long term employee success together with organizational strategic goals, we are pleased to declare; 1. The High Potential Retention & 2. The Succession Planning Policy for your reference. To develop and strengthen the capabilities of the promising workforce of the organization, we are trying to introduce a defined career progression plan through the attached policy documents. Thus, we are providing our employees an arena to grow with the organization, in to challenging leadership roles through their career development path. EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION SURVEY 2014 PEOPLE, SERVICE, MAKING A DIFFERENCE We are pleased to provide you with a synopsis of our Employee Satisfaction Survey for the year 2014: Of the 3915 active Employees during 2014, 75% of our staff voluntarily participated in the Employee Satisfaction Survey. This reaffirms the trust you have in the Core Values of our company along with your enthusiasm in growing with the Company to attain greater stature. It also shows you know that something positive takes place through the platform of Employee Satisfaction Survey. The objective of this survey was to measure the satisfaction levels of Imdaad staff. A few positive points garnered from the report are presented here below: 1) 95.33%of you are happy with the safety training received, 2) 95.26% are happy with their managers, 3) 93.88% are Proud of Imdaad, 4) 72.43% are happy about the pay in Imdaad. On the other side certain matters were brought to our attention, as in: 1) 36.54% are dissatisfied with stress free environment at my work, 2) 36.45% are not happy with Training and Development. In line with the consistent feedback about provision of recreation facilities, our Management has initiated in building an accommodation for staff which will provide you with reasonable facilities for sports and recreation. The new structure will also have good kitchen facilities, which is again in line with requests from staff time and again. This year one of the major leap of satisfaction is in the insurance and medical benefits with our insurance dealer being able to enhance our policy cover and increase our ceiling up to AED150,000 – 250,000 for preexisting illnesses. We encourage you to continue to make good use of the Employee Satisfaction Survey to voice out your thoughts and feelings about the company and on where you think we should improve. 1.
