Imdaad Qatar, the Facilities
Management (FM) company based
in Qatar, has announced that it has
signed a deal with United Development
Company, the Island’s master developer,
to provide professional cleaning services
to the Master Community infrastructure,
buildings, and facilities throughout the
Pearl Qatar in Doha.
Under the terms of the 3-year
agreement, Imdaad will provide routine,
periodic, reactive and deep cleaning
services within the community. The
scope of work includes Mechanical and
Manual Road Sweeping and Cleaning,
Seawater Cleaning, Fixtures, Beach
Cleaning, General Cleaning, Empty
Plots, and PA Boardwalk Cleaning. The
cleaning services shall include all Master
Community areas with the exception
of Madina Central, retail areas, water
features, and residential buildings.
Imdaad shall supply all required labour,
tools, cleaners, equipments and
materials to carry out the work.

Total Facilities Management on the above
contract for Nakheel. Recently ,through
an open tender process we are pleased to
announce that we have been successful in
retaining the contract for a further 5 years.
CONTRACT GAIN –
MEERAS HOLDINGS OFFICE.
Imdaad has been successful in bidding
and winning the above contract to
deliver Mechanical, Electrical and
Plumbing Services to Meeras Holding
Office. The contract has been awarded
to Imdaad for 12 months.
