IMDAAD SIGNED A FIVE-YEAR STRATEGIC AGREEMENT WITH THE<br />

MOHAMMED BIN RASHID HOUSING ESTABLISHMENT (MRHE) TO<br />

OFFER FULL AND INTEGRATED MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR<br />

Imdaad, a leading provider of<br />

integrated facility management<br />

solutions in the GCC, recently<br />

signed a five-year strategic<br />

agreement with the Mohammed<br />

Bin Rashid Housing Establishment<br />

(MRHE) to offer full and integrated<br />

maintenance services for MRHE’s<br />

occupied residential units and<br />

houses with expired maintenance<br />

contracts. The partnership is in<br />

line with the Establishment’s<br />

commitment to providing worldclass<br />

community services and the<br />

highest standards of quality, luxury<br />

and welfare to its beneficiaries in<br />

Dubai.<br />

The agreement was signed by<br />

H.E. Sami Abdullah Gargash,<br />

CEO, Mohammed Bin Rashid<br />

Housing Establishment, and Jamal<br />

Abdullah Lootah, CEO, Imdaad,<br />

in the presence of high-ranking<br />

executives from both sides. The<br />

partnership between Imdaad and<br />

Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing<br />

Establishment covers a total of<br />

3,485 houses including 544 units<br />

in Al Warqaa; 940 in Oud Al<br />

Muteena; 509 in Al Warqaa; and<br />

252 houses in Al Barsha. The prices<br />

and types of services are applicable<br />

to the Establishment’s 1,240-unit<br />

project in the Al Barsha area.<br />

Imdaad adopts and implements<br />

the latest environment-friendly<br />

FM technologies and practices<br />

as part of its efforts to promote<br />

sustainability across its operations.<br />

It also conducts recycling training<br />

for its clients and corporate<br />

partners, supplies free recycling<br />

bins, and offers collection services.<br />

Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing<br />

Establishment is composed of<br />

public entities that aim to provide<br />

appropriate housing programs and<br />

related services to the citizens of<br />

Dubai.<br />

Its services include the distribution<br />

of residential plots, governmental<br />

houses, and ready houses;<br />

maintenance and improvement of<br />

existing houses; and facilitation of<br />

housing loans in accordance with<br />

the policies and standards adopted<br />

by MRHE.<br />
