Cheesecakes
Cheesecakes are notoriously difficult to make from scratch.
That’s great news for you—because people go to restaurants to
get something they can’t easily get at home. We offer a wide range
of melt-in-your-mouth cheesecake varieties, from classic New Yorkstyle
to assorted specialty flavors, all ready to serve in just minutes.
Classic cheesecake appeals to the greatest number of restaurant
patrons. In fact, it’s offered in nearly a quarter of all restaurants.
Other popular flavors are strawberry, chocolate, and raspberry.
Cheesecakes are a great way to bring variation to the dessert menu
with seasonal flavors such as pumpkin. They also are excellent
building blocks for signature desserts. By adding a berry drizzle
or sauce, you can create customized offerings.
While cheesecakes made with cream cheese continue to dominate
menus, consumer appetite for lighter choices is bringing increased
demand for those made with ricotta.
Latin American flavors, such as mango and dulce de leche, are now
flavoring cheesecake. Popular desserts, including Key lime pie
and crème brûlée, are being converted to cheesecake flavors.
Like other desserts, cheesecakes are catering to the most indulgent
tastes, with liqueur flavors such as amaretto, and upscale chocolate
cheesecakes including white chocolate, chocolate chip, and
chocolate raspberry.
