Configuration and Administration of Tuxedo<br />
° ° Oracle TSAM Manager Database Server Deployment: Also, if you<br />
select a database during installation, the Oracle TSAM Manager is<br />
deployed on the specified database server automatically; otherwise,<br />
you must deploy the Oracle TSAM Manager to a database server<br />
using the DatabaseDeployer.sh/DatabaseDeployer.cmd util<strong>it</strong>y,<br />
which you can find under the deploy directory under the TSAM<br />
installation folder. For example, to deploy TSAM to an Oracle<br />
database w<strong>it</strong>h the user Tuxedo and the password ADMIN in Unix, do<br />
the following (use .cmd for Windows):<br />
Prompt> cd < TSAM_DIR >/deploy<br />
Prompt> ./ DatabaseDeployer.sh -type oracle -hostname<br />
localhost -port 1521 -dbname TSAM -user Tuxedo -password<br />
ADMIN -overwr<strong>it</strong>e no -admingid 0 -viewergid 1 -adminpassword<br />
admin1<br />

° ° Oracle TSAM Application Server Deployment: Oracle<br />
TSAM provides application server deployment util<strong>it</strong>ies called<br />
AppServerDeployer.sh/AppServerDeployer.cmd, which help<br />
you to deploy <strong>it</strong> to an existing application server (WebLogic or<br />
Tomcat) automatically after installation; otherwise, you will have<br />
to do <strong>it</strong> manually.<br />
For example, for deploying TSAM to a WebLogic server in Unix,<br />
do the following (use .cmd for Windows):<br />
Prompt> cd < TSAM_DIR >/deploy<br />
Prompt>./AppServerDeployer.sh -type weblogic -adminurl<br />
localhost:7001 -directory /home/oracle/wlserver_10.3 -user<br />
weblogic -password weblogic1<br />
° ° Changing the configuration parameters: The TSAM Manager can<br />
be run on Oracle WebLogic or the Apache Tomcat server w<strong>it</strong>hout<br />
changing any configuration parameters.<br />
On WebLogic, you can change Listening Port, Session Timeout,<br />
HTTP KeepAlive, POST Maximum Byte Size, Maximum Thread<br />
Simultaneous Processing, or Maximum Incoming Connection<br />
Requests, as required.<br />
