• What will happen to the project site if this project does not occur?<br />
• Describe any future actions needed beyond the scope of this project to fully address<br />
the overall project goals.<br />
2. Is the project a continuation of previously completed work, and if so, is the next phase<br />
crucial for the continued success of the prior work? If the previous work was funded by<br />
<strong>Agency</strong>, list the project name and year the <strong>grant</strong> was awarded.<br />

1. What is the expected benefit for the local community?<br />
• How will the project contribute to the economic stability or development of the<br />
community?<br />
• How does the project address environmental justice concerns?<br />
2. Will this project encourage tourism in the area? If so, describe how.<br />
3. (Acquisitions only) Does the acquisition resolve a larger resource conflict? (For example,<br />
does the acquisition take flood-prone property out of potential residential development?)<br />
If yes, explain.<br />
4. (Acquisitions only) If the project involves acquisition of land that will not be improved until<br />
a later date, why is immediate acquisition necessary?<br />
