I happen to watch a

When i was in school I
learnt about social life of
insects. Their societies
are well organized and
disciplined. We also live in
a society. Is this society a
disciplined,developed and
an organized one?
We feel proud to say
we are civilized. Our
civilization has been well
developed with culture
and manners. We enjoy
civil liberty which gives us
freedom to say or do what
we want. This means that
we should respect others
and stay within laws.
Almost all
misunderstand our civil
rights. Because of this
misunderstanding of
civil right, every citizen
wants to live as he wishes.
Passions ruling the minds
of human beings make
him think that wealth,
the material prosperity is
the be all and end all of
life. When wonders are
being done in the scientific
field, blunders are being
committed by our own
fellow men in our society.
Daily news papers,
T.V.channels, magazines
carry news of what
happens in every nook
and corner of our place.
The greatest numbers of
murders are committed
for money, jewels, etc;
innocent men,women
and children fall victims
to ruthless terrorists.
Addiction of young kids
and women to T.V.serials
and cinemas, pub culture
among girls and boys,
school children falling in
love affairs, poronography,
having free sex, raping
young girls and even
tiny tots, consuming
liquors, usage of drugs,
cigarette smoking,
college boys indulging
in violence, destroying
public properties, homo
sexual urge – all these are

moral value and culture
are being deteriorated
day by day. When we
come to know about our
elected representatives
of local bodies like
Panchayats, Municipalities
and Corporations, our
blood boil with the

Land grabbing, quarrying
of sands of rivers,
encroaching of government
lands, getting pattas for the
lands, ignoring the basic
needs of the people in a
locality, amassing bounty
of wealth, saving for future
comforts and luxuries have
become order of the day for
councillors, MLAs, MPs
and ministers, whether they
belong to state government
or central government. Are
all these people civilized?
People, the general
public lacking civic
sense, give connections
of their sewage water into
storm water drains. The
government authorities
execute projects without
planning, aim 0f making
money is the main thing
when they implement a
project. Proper planning
is not done. All suburban
lakes are found polluted
because of the sewage

water management system

was their priority.
Does our government at
the state and centre know
about water management?
With advancement in every
field of life, our civilized
citizens ignore our
responsibilities. We lack
our ancient traits in our
modern civilization.
Our youths go behind the
cinema heroes and waste
their life. Using abusive
language, spitting venom
at each other, quarrelling
for petty things show that
we lack morals and ethics.
Well learned politicians
who got doctorates in
foreign universities stoop
down to lower level
when they begin to use
derogatory words when
their linens are washed in
public by their opponents.
Their verbal skirmishes
are proof enough of their
looting and corruptions.
Instead of civilizing a man,
education has made him
immoral.
Right from the common
man, up to the people who
occupy important positions
in a society and majority
of the politicians lack
moral values and ethics
of a society. The order
and discipline we see in
social lives of insects are
not found in our civilized
society. In every walk
of life, we see people
behaving in an uncivilized
manner.
People lacking sympathy,
pity and love for the fellow
men makes one ask “ Are
