(Clause 2.5)<br />

1 Use of certain land at Lindsay Street, <strong>Cessnock</strong><br />

(1) This clause applies to land being Lot 1, DP 1078864, Lot 3, DP 226429<br />

and Lot 3, DP 76202 at Lindsay Street, <strong>Cessnock</strong>, known as the Calvary<br />

Retirement Village and the <strong>Cessnock</strong> Correctional Centre and identified<br />

on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.<br />

(2) Development for the purposes of a recreational facility (outdoor) for the<br />

purpose of a golf course is permitted with consent.<br />

2 Use of certain land at Mount View Road, <strong>Cessnock</strong><br />

(1) This clause applies to land being Lot 181, DP 1144404 at Mount View<br />

Road, <strong>Cessnock</strong>, known as The Stonebridge Golf Club and identified on<br />

the Additional Permitted Uses Map.<br />

(2) Development for the purpose of multi dwelling housing is permitted<br />

with consent.<br />

3 Use of certain land at Mount View Road, <strong>Cessnock</strong><br />

(1) This clause applies to land being Lot 182, DP 1144404 at Mount View<br />

Road, <strong>Cessnock</strong>, known as The Stonebridge Golf Club and identified on<br />

the Additional Permitted Uses Map.<br />

(2) Development for the purpose of hotel or motel accommodation is<br />

permitted with consent.<br />

4 Use of certain land at Camp Road, Greta<br />

(1) This clause applies to land being Part Lots 1–6, DP 1036942 and<br />

Lots 263 and 264, DP 755211 at Camp Road, Greta, known as the<br />

former Army and Migrant Camp and identified on the Additional<br />

Permitted Uses Map.<br />

(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with consent:<br />

(a) viticulture,<br />

(b) multi dwelling housing,<br />

(c) hotel or motel accommodation (comprising no more than<br />

150 rooms),<br />

(d) residential flat buildings,<br />

(e) serviced apartments (comprising no more than 85 apartments).<br />
