There are plenty of exhibitions this month if<br />
you’re looking to venture out of town. Until Sun<br />
26, the vivid paintings of David Armitage can be<br />
seen in A Decade of Colour at The Birley Centre,<br />
Eastbourne. On the Downs, an exhibition of woodcuts<br />
by Helen Brown, shows at Alfriston Arts<br />
Gallery from Fri 10. Between Mon 20 and Wed<br />
29, the Crypt Gallery in Seaford will be displaying<br />
Patrick Goff’s work in Breaking Waves. The<br />
Sussex home of the Surrealists Lee Miller and<br />
Roland Penrose Farley Farmhouse and Gallery<br />
is open every Sunday from <strong>April</strong>-October. And<br />
finally, Towner in Eastbourne will be displaying<br />
Panoramic, a photography exhibition by Richard<br />
Billingham, from Sat 25.
