OUR PILATES INSTRUCTORS
Provide individually tailored programmes in one-on-one or small group
classes.
All sporting movement needs a stable base, a strong core to work from.
Pilates is a form of exercise which focuses on building strength in your
body's basic postural and control muscles. For some sports injuries Pilates
is the ideal complement to physiotherapy, multiplying the remedial effect
by building a strong core as a platform to enhance effective recovery and
efficient athletic development.
