82. Certificates for imported motor vehicles<br />

Any application for a certificate in respect of a motor vehicle for registration purposes<br />

under section 122 of the <strong>Act</strong> shall be made in writing to the proper officer <strong>and</strong> shall be<br />

accompanied by such evidence of customs clearance as the proper officer may require; any<br />

such certificate will be in the form CE.109.<br />
