complaint by any three Fellows seeking the removal <strong>of</strong><br />

the Master from <strong>of</strong>fice for good cause;<br />

the dismissal by the Governing Body <strong>of</strong> such complaint if<br />

they are <strong>of</strong> the view that it is not supported by sufficient<br />

evidence <strong>of</strong> good cause for removal from <strong>of</strong>fice;<br />

otherwise, the appointment by the Governing Body <strong>of</strong> a<br />

panel to hear and determine the matter, which panel<br />

shall comprise three persons who are not Fellows and are<br />

not employed by the <strong>College</strong>, one <strong>of</strong> whom holds, or has<br />

held, judicial <strong>of</strong>fice, or who is a barrister or solicitor <strong>of</strong> at<br />

least ten years' standing, that person to be chairman <strong>of</strong><br />

the panel;<br />

the removal <strong>of</strong> the Master from <strong>of</strong>fice if the panel decide<br />

that there is good cause for such removal;<br />

a right <strong>of</strong> appeal to a fresh panel, also constituted in<br />

accordance with (iii) above, against a decision <strong>of</strong> removal<br />

from <strong>of</strong>fice; and<br />

where the complaint is <strong>of</strong> incapacity on health grounds,<br />

the inclusion on the panel hearing the matter at first<br />

instance and on any appeal panel <strong>of</strong> a medically qualified<br />

person.<br />
