STATUTE XLIX Of the Establishment of Funds for College Purposes 1. The Governing Body may at any time establish funds for the general or particular purposes of the College, and allocate capital and income to those funds in its discretion, subject to the requirements of other Statutes. 2. The operation of the funds may be regulated by Ordinances. 67
