returns to the Fairplex in Pomona on<br />
Saturday, July 30, 10am-5pm and<br />
Sunday July 31, 10am-4pm. This venue<br />
(with cold air-conditioning) provides a<br />
great setting for a proven show.<br />
Attendees wishing to sell or trade<br />
guitars, amps or other musical items may<br />
bring them into the show at no extra<br />
charge. This international event features all<br />
types of new, used, old and rare instruments<br />
and equipment, and is the 167th<br />
show sponsored by the Texas Amigos.<br />
Meet dealers, collectors, retail store owners,<br />
manufacturers, builders, authors, repairpersons<br />
and maybe even a star or two.<br />

University Village Announces<br />
Three New Tenants<br />
Three new tenants will open at the University Village<br />
Shopping Center, located at the Northeast corner of<br />
University Avenue and Iowa Boulevard in Riverside.<br />
Yoshinoya, Sushi Ya and Lollicup are scheduled to open<br />
this summer.<br />
Yoshinoya signed a 5-year lease for the 1,662 square<br />
feet located near Ultra Star Cinemas, next to Flame<br />
Broiler. Yoshinoya’s food is a combination of two cultures<br />
with traditional Japanese cuisine made to order and<br />
served in an American fast food environment.<br />
Sushi Ya signed a 5-year lease for an approximately<br />
3,608 square foot space. The new restaurant, which<br />
will be located near Ultra Star Cinemas, offers Japanese<br />
cuisine including sushi and sashimi.<br />
Lollicup signed a 5-year lease for the 1,543 square feet<br />
located on the pad building on the west side of the center<br />
near T-Mobile. Lollicup specializes in shaved ice specialty<br />
drinks including boba, tea, smoothies and juices.<br />
University Village Shopping Center is a 178,020<br />
square foot outdoor community center. The three new<br />
tenants join Ultra Star Theatres, Starbucks, Fatburger,<br />
Rubio’s, Quizno’s, Service Plus Credit Union and Juice<br />
It Up. University Village is part of a portfolio of over 60<br />
shopping centers that the company owns or manages. For<br />
