To better inform members of the Archbishop
Rummel family about the five “Core Principles”
of a Lasallian education, the school’s two Christian
Brothers on campus hosted a cross section of the
school’s faculty, students, parents and alumni, plus
representatives from the three other Lasallian schools
in the area at two “Five Core” Dinners. Organized by
Brother Gale Condit, FSC, school president, the two
meals treated guests to personal reflections on the
five Lasallian core principles, each represented by a
different course.
The meals for the Five Core Dinners were supplied
by Tommy Cvitanovich, ’77, owner of two local
Drago’s Restaurants. Cvitanovich was assisted by the
school’s Student Ambassadors who served the adult
meal and by faculty members who served the student
meal. The evenings concluded with comments by
Brother Michael Livaudais, FSC, ’66, who gave the
participants farewell reflections on the evening.
