Using Force and Torque Measurement Technology The "Curve History" memory is a powerful tool for pinpointing the causes of NOK results. The bundling of the NOK parts clearly shows where the cause of most of the NOK evaluations lies. The bundling of the OK parts, on the other hand, shows the expected curve. The sharpness of the bundle also permits the reproducibility and hence the stability of the joining process to be evaluated. Only continuous monitoring of the process will ensure that all steering columns installed in vehicles are free of faults. To this end, the tolerances of the evaluation objects over the significant sections of the bearing fitting curve are set so tightly that even the slightest deviation from the reference curve will result in a "NOK" result and the rejection of the relevant steering column. Quickly locate causes of NOK results It is important that the causes of these anomalies are located as quickly as possible. Individual process values are therefore continuously monitored and utilized for trend analysis purposes. The "Curve History Memory" provides another way of identifying the root of NOK issues. The bundling all the NOK curves can reveal common factors behind the causes of NOK results, as does analyzing the "NOK causes" bar chart.
