Request for Quotation CRITERIA The Criteria listed below must be addressed and detailed information provided as part of your written Quotation: Item Criteria Description 1 Completion of the attached Form of Quotation and Price Schedule (refer to Items 1 & 2) 2 Compliance with Special Conditions (refer to Item 3) 3 Compliance with Specification (refer to Item 4) 4 Respondents must carry out an on-site inspection of the airconditioning installations in order to submit a quotation. 5 Respondents shall submit with their quotation a statement with supporting information indicating the permanent staffing levels for technical, trade and support staff in the Respondent’s office servicing the local area. 6 Demonstrated experience in completing similar projects. Respondents are to list three reference sites currently maintained by the respondent. 7 Insurance The successful Respondent and any subcontractor(s) will be required to effect and maintain insurance policies in the following sums: (a) (b) (c) Public liability insurance in the sum of at least $20,000,000 in respect of any one occurrence and for an unlimited number of claims. Workers Compensation or Personal Accident Insurance cover as required by law (whichever may apply). Professional indemnity insurance in the sum of at least $1,000,000 in respect of any one occurrence and for an unlimited number of claims.
