before you travel<br />
Because a trip overseas could expose you to any<br />
number of diseases. Like Hep B.<br />
There are many ways you can catch Hep B.<br />
Tattoos, injecting drug use, unprotected sex…<br />
or a simple accident.<br />
You could just B travelling to a destination with a<br />
higher prevalence of Hep B than others. 1 You could<br />
B travelling to a country where a seemingly simple<br />
cut or accident requiring medical treatment might be<br />
all it takes to put you at risk of exposure to Hep B. 2<br />
So B sure before you travel. Ask your doctor about<br />
Hep B vaccination and other travel related diseases –<br />
ideally 6 – 8 weeks before you go.<br />
