Our abbey is open to those look<strong>in</strong>g<br />
for peace and recreation, s<strong>im</strong>ilar to<br />
what is offered by s<strong>in</strong>gle retreats or fast<strong>in</strong>g<br />
programmes.<br />
When stay<strong>in</strong>g at <strong>our</strong> abbey, you may stay<br />
for some t<strong>im</strong>e <strong>in</strong> <strong>our</strong> house without a fixed<br />
schedule or c<strong>our</strong>se programme. This special<br />
holiday offer is available dur<strong>in</strong>g the months of<br />
May till October. It is a mixture of lots of free,<br />
<strong>in</strong>dividual t<strong>im</strong>e, the unique atmosphere of the<br />
Göttweig mounta<strong>in</strong> and the possibility to take<br />
part <strong>in</strong> the prayers of the monks: An opportunity<br />
for recreation and peace of m<strong>in</strong>d and soul.<br />
Our holiday travellers <strong>are</strong> welcomed by<br />
<strong>our</strong> monk Dr. Richard Re<strong>in</strong>isch, who is gladly<br />
available for personal consultation.<br />
A stay at <strong>our</strong> abbey <strong>in</strong>cludes overnight stay and<br />
breakfast.<br />
Breakfast is provided from 8.00 – 10.00 a.m.<br />
at the abbey <strong>rest</strong>aurant. In addition, you <strong>are</strong><br />
welcome to use the facilities for an excellent<br />
lunch or à la carte d<strong>in</strong>ner (Sunday –<br />
Wednesday till 7.00 p.m., Thursday<br />
till Saturday till 9.00 p.m.).<br />
