Institute<br />
Our house „Card<strong>in</strong>al König“ is a<br />
friendly place to meet people <strong>in</strong> the<br />
southwest of Vienna. We focus on<br />
spirituality – formation – exchange.<br />
Our <strong>in</strong>stitute is run by a small community<br />
of Jesuits. We do not follow a rigid, monastic<br />
life with fixed t<strong>im</strong>es of prayer. Rather, we focus<br />
on various forms of retreats, enabl<strong>in</strong>g people to<br />
come to terms with their own lives, with God<br />
and with mak<strong>in</strong>g decisions for themselves.<br />
It is a place right <strong>in</strong> town, to retreat and<br />
to ga<strong>in</strong> new forces even if there is no specific<br />
c<strong>our</strong>se. We like to see <strong>our</strong> mission as <strong>im</strong>prov<strong>in</strong>g<br />
the relationships between people and<br />
between people and God. A place answer<strong>in</strong>g<br />
<strong>our</strong> modern desire for a s<strong>im</strong>ple life, for depth<br />
and clarity, spirituality and home.<br />
