Fully-automatic cup filler GRUNWALD-FOODLINER 12.000/5
for filling butter spread (spreadable butter) with laminar cabin
and automatic cup and lid storage
The fully-automatic 8-lane inline high-capacity
machine GRUNWALD-FOODLINER 12.000 will be a
special highlight – especially for dairies. This inline
machine was designed for filling different dairy
products (in particular drinking yoghurt) into round
plastic cups and has a capacity of up to 20,000
cups/h. Special membrane valves guarantee drop-free
filling. The 8-lane filler is CIP-cleanable. The product
feeding pipe is also used for feeding the CIP cleaning
fluids. A 2-lane cup outfeed conveyor guarantees the
smooth discharge of the cups.
Grunwald will also show a GRUNWALD-HITTPAC
AKH-019 for filling liquid to pasty products or products
which cannot be poured into cups made of plastic,
cardboard or aluminium. Due to the solid mechanical
dosing drive with safety clutch, a perfect weight
accuracy at speeds of up to approximately 4,800
cups/h can even be achieved with products that are
difficult to fill. The cup filler is very versatile in use and
offers a solid quality, innovative technology with high
speed at a very attractive price. It is easy to operate
and very reliable.
In the past few years the main focus of Herbert
Grunwald GmbH has been on the development of
special dosing techniques. For the first time they will
present the newly developed weighing system for
filled cups assembled in the 2-lane rotary filler
GRUNWALD-
ROTARY 6.000/2.

The newly developed
GRUNWALD-
MOBIFILL technology
is a further
supplement to the list
of
current
innovations. With the
MOBIFILL the product change can be carried out very
quickly as the complete unit can be detached from the
cup-handling system, replacing a pre-cleaned and
sanitised MOBIFILL saves a lot of time and reduces
production costs.
From the field of specially developed dosing machines
for pumpable products Grunwald will show again wellknown
dosing machines such as the GRUNWALD-
SEMIDOS-EXCEL. This special dosing machine is a
pneumatically operated filling machine suitable for a
large number of products and also for products with
pieces. The special features of this dosing machine are
high flexibility, perfect dosing accuracy and its
continuously adjustable dosing range.
The ‘Allrounder from the Allgäu’ also offers interesting
options in the field of small machines. For example, the
bench top sealer type S1A, which is a compact sealing
machine for the heat sealing of cups made of plastic,
laminated cardboard and aluminium (Ø max. 150 mm
or max. 150 x 150 mm) produced in small amounts for
laboratory purposes. It is very flexible in use. The
changeover to another cup size can be carried out very
quickly.
Due to their unique stand, Grunwald will once again
bring the spirit of ‘cattle drive’ to Düsseldorf. Stainless
steel HIGHTECH machines between Alpine cabins and
a comfortably furnished beer garden will provide an
interesting contrast, attracting all types of trade
visitors for informative conversations in a homelike
atmosphere.
