Agencies / Company) hav<strong>in</strong>g experience of 10 years <strong>in</strong> similar works/assignments to Conduct the Industrial Resources<br />

Mapp<strong>in</strong>g and Preparation of Road Map for Industrial Development <strong>in</strong> the State.<br />

The detail “Expression of Interest (Eol)” and “Terms of Reference(ToR)” may be collected from the Directorate of<br />

Industries, Udyog Sadan, “C-Sector, P.O.- Itanagar and same can be downloaded from Official website of Arunachal<br />

Pradesh www.arunachalpradesh.nic.<strong>in</strong> and Department of Industries www.<strong>in</strong>darun.<strong>gov</strong>.<strong>in</strong>.<br />

The last date of submission of EOI is on 19/02/2013 upto 1500 hrs. The Eol will be opened and evaluated by the<br />

Evaluation Committee on 21/02/2013 & 22/02/2013 from 1000 hrs to 1300 hours. The <strong>in</strong>terested parties shall have to give<br />

power po<strong>in</strong>t presentation dur<strong>in</strong>g the evaluation of their Eol on the specified date.<br />

District Adm<strong>in</strong>istration, large number of wild animals <strong>in</strong>side the Wild Life Sanctuaries as well as <strong>in</strong> the<br />

village forests are be<strong>in</strong>g targeted by some unwanted elements for consumption and sell<strong>in</strong>g their meats<br />

<strong>in</strong> the markets under Papum Pare District;<br />

AND WHEREAS, it is also reported by various organizations that large number of illegal extraction<br />

of forest products and fish<strong>in</strong>g by us<strong>in</strong>g explosives are tak<strong>in</strong>g place with<strong>in</strong> the vic<strong>in</strong>ity which is pos<strong>in</strong>g<br />

ecological imbalances <strong>in</strong> the area and endanger to the society;<br />

Therefore, all law abid<strong>in</strong>g citizens of this district are hereby <strong>in</strong>formed that kill<strong>in</strong>g of any variety of wild<br />

animals, fish<strong>in</strong>g by us<strong>in</strong>g explosives and other unlawful means and illegal extraction of forest products is<br />

a crime and persons who are <strong>in</strong>dulg<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> such activities are liable to be prosecuted under Wildlife<br />

(Protection) Act, 1972, Explosive Substances, 1908 and Hon’ble Supreme Court orders respectively.<br />

All the Adm<strong>in</strong>istrative Officers as well as Forest Officials are hereby directed to strictly enforce the<br />

orders and provisions so as to check such activities <strong>in</strong> their area.<br />
