hard pruning well and used as shade trees in cities; fruit 4.2 inches in
diameter, skin rough, thick, pulpy, oily, aromatic, chrome-orange colored;
sections juicy, in pairs, 9 to 10 per fruit, easily separated from rind and
each other, sweet with bitter aftertaste. Edible portion small. Fruit ripens
in Buenos Aires in January.
