Common Causes for Disciplinary Action Engaging in fraud in the collection of fees from consumers or any person, agency, or organization paying fees to practitioners. Fraud, deceit, negligence, incompetency, or misconduct in the practice of veterinary medicine. Being convicted of a charge of cruelty to animals.
