Equilibrium Australia
Exploding onto the already flooded horse supplement market in 2001, Equilibrium Australia has set a standard high above the
rest. An all in one performance horse supplement developed by the veterinarian, farrier, rider and coach, Dr Lex
Wills, Equilibrium satisfies all the basic vitamin and mineral requirements of performance horses, without the
need to add multiple products.
Perhaps the most difficult part of owning a performance horse is identifying the correct feed mixture that the
horse needs to reach its potential, Realising this Dr Lex Wills set specific goals in mind: affordability,
universality and results, to develop Equilibrium and consequently, assist horse owners in obtaining a balanced
diet for their horses. Not only did Lex seek to supply the horse industry with a great, easy to use and affordable
product, he also set about trying to provide answers to some of the most frustrating conditions affecting
performance. These conditions were brought down to three: feet, fitness and feeding. Dr Lex Wills has ensured
that two of these conditions, feed and feeding, could be improved by Equilibrium in the unique balance of
vitamins and minerals.
There are two types of products that Equilibrium offers – the Equilibrium Mineral Mix, recommended for all types of horses
and ponies in all equestrian disciplines, and Equilibrium B1 Cool Mix, recommended for horses that are nervous and
excitable. Initially developed to assist World Cup Showjumpers, the Equilibrium B1 Cool Mix has grown immensely in
popularity due to the mega dose of Vitamin B1 and Magnesium. These vitamins aid the normal function of the nervous
system, and have a calming effect on overly nervous horses, allowing them to concentrate and therefore
perform better.
Possibly the best part of using Equilibrium, besides better health for your horse, is that it won’t ‘break the
bank’. To feed a 22 kilogram bag of Equilibrium Mineral Mix to a dressage horse in medium work, will only
cost 38 cents a day and last an incredible 7 months! Considering the success that Equilibrium users have had
– wins and placings in top level endurance rides, spectacular Showjumping performances at World Cup
level, great dressage performances from Preliminary to Grand Prix, wins in led-ins and carriage classes, and
record breaking racetrack performances, it would be foolish to not consider feeding Equilibrium to your
horse.
For more information, see the Equilibrium Australia website - http://equiaustralia.com.au/ or call 1300 720
