Future <strong>Development</strong> - Structural Change<br />

• Labor <strong>in</strong>tensive and out-<strong>of</strong>-date harvest and production<br />

• Accord<strong>in</strong>g to governmental plans, <strong>the</strong> roundwood that has been<br />

exported so far will have to be processed domestically – requir<strong>in</strong>g<br />

additional capacities<br />

• Inefficient cost structure <strong>in</strong>ternational competitiveness<br />
