MOSAIC LAW CURRICULUM GUIDE 2011-2012
Fifth Grade - Kitah Hey & 6 th Grade – Kitah Vav
As students continue their study of Judaism in our school, we feel it is
important to create a warm, supportive, loving, and challenging atmosphere. Our
curriculum seeks to involve our students in living, learning, and celebrating
Judaism. By experiencing Judaism, we hope to foster positive feelings,
encourage a love of Torah and tradition, and impart knowledge that will help
each student build a positive self-image. There are several different subject
areas; each grade builds and expands upon prior knowledge. While there is a
review of previously studied material, there are also new materials, skills, and
concepts that are introduced each year.
