Student CST # 11-12 to continue to attend the Lake Drive School in Mountain Lakes for 

the 2012-2013 school year. Tuition and aide will be $98,040.

contract with the Morris Center YMCA to provide 18 sessions of swimming lessons for

16. Adopt the following resolution: 

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Education of the Township of Hanover, 

County of Morris and the State of New Jersey as follows: 

This Resolution shall be known and may be cited at the “Renewal” Cooperative 

Pricing Council Resolution of the Hanover Township Board of Education. 

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S. 40A:11-11(5), the Hanover Township Board 

of Education is hereby authorized to enter into a “Renewal” Cooperative Pricing 

Agreement with the Lead Agency or any other contracting unit within the County of 

Morris or adjoining counties for the purpose of work, materials and supplies.

Board of Education shall be responsible for complying with the provisions of the Local
