Calling all young athletes! See how you can<br />
benefit from enhanced core strength <strong>and</strong> the<br />
dynamics of plyometrics training. This program<br />
teaches core strengthening techniques <strong>and</strong><br />
the biomechanics of how to move in a more<br />
fluid manner. Results typically include an<br />
exponential increase in speed, power <strong>and</strong><br />
increased fluidity of motion.<br />
