“kidnastics,” stretching, mini-soccer, minibasketball<br />

<strong>and</strong> “circle” activities. Parents should<br />

with participants to execute various strength,<br />

Calling all young athletes! See how you can<br />

benefit from enhanced core strength <strong>and</strong> the<br />

dynamics of plyometrics training. This program<br />

teaches core strengthening techniques <strong>and</strong><br />

the biomechanics of how to move in a more<br />

fluid manner. Results typically include an<br />

exponential increase in speed, power <strong>and</strong><br />

increased fluidity of motion.<br />

Working with a JCC personal trainer, teens will<br />

focus on strength <strong>and</strong> conditioning techniques<br />

designed specifically for their bodies. Sessions<br />

also will focus on stretching <strong>and</strong> flexibility.<br />
