What is special about this programme? This unique Advanced Leadership Programme opens up exciting new possibilities of personal growth and leadership effectiveness. The experience will be transformational for participants’ own well-being, the good of business and the betterment of society. What methodology is used? The Timoney Leadership Institute employs the casestudy method, which is an excellent learning tool that combines real-life situations with proven principles and concepts. This approach, used in Harvard, MIT and other top executive education institutions, enables participants to review real situations in organisations and to interact with each other on the key issues facing leaders in the current challenging business environment. In many of the cases examined, a senior executive from the company will personally join the participants to discuss the content and to directly answer questions. This historic and peaceful venue, with its 1100 acres of private parkland, provides the perfect setting for this programme. The house is one of Ireland’s most historic, and Queen Victoria knew it well. After the first Duke of Leinster chose it for his country residence in 1739, it remained in the FitzGerald family until the mid 20th century. You can admire, feel inspired, and work in the attractive setting of the Morrison Room, not to mention the exquisite and contemporary cuisine in the Linden Tree restaurant. And this in one of Ireland’s most attractive settings - a world away, yet very close to Dublin city and only 30 minutes’ drive from Dublin Airport. Fees The fee for the February – June programme is €10,500. This fee includes tuition, all learning materials, all meals and hotel accommodation costs in Carton House Hotel and in Seville. It does not include flights or travel expenses incurred in travelling to Seville. A key component of the fee is to cover the costs of bringing world-class faculty to Ireland. The Timoney Leadership Institute and the San Telmo International Institute are not-for-profit organisations, so participants can be assured they are getting maximum value-for-money.
