time since there is much more data being gathered.

In the screen shot below you will see the starting view of our NEW Item Availability tool. In this shot you
see European Farmhouse (018) Dining items in the Terrain Finish. You will notice two lines for each SF
item showing both Domestic Warehouse and Asia Warehouse Availability. Listed first is the Stock
Available Now with the Real-time Quantity. In addition you will also have visibility to our Future
Availability with specific quantities. For additional item detail please click on the Item Number to bring
up the “Item Detail” window.
In the screen shot below you will notice all of the Search & Filter options have been used resulting in a
very quick, specific search. Product Brand, Pattern, Room type, Finish, and Item Number have all been
selected. Any of these options could have been omitted for wider search results. Please click on the
Item number to see specific Item Detail.

In the screen shot below you will see we clicked on the 018-11-05 Item number, shown in the previous
screen shot, to bring up the Item Detail window. This Item Detail window gives several Tab options to
view any additional information while continuing to display the Item Availability detail. By selecting
these Tabs you are able to view Availability, Dimensions, Description, Pricing, Related Items, and
Assembly Instructions. This is shown in the next couple of screen shots.

In the screen shot below you will see that on any item available in multiple finishes, you have the option
to change the originally selected finish to an alternate finish in the drop-down. When the finish is
changed in the drop-down the Display will re-populate showing you the availability and detail on the
alternate finish selected. This allows you to view additional finishes very quickly. This is an extremely
helpful tool when working with Young America products or a pattern like Coastal Living with a multitude
of a finish options.

In the screen shot below you will see the Young America “Brand and BTG-2000 have been selected in
the Search & Filter options. The finish option was omitted which resulted in the search results showing
ALL available finishes on the BTG-2000 crib. PLEASE remember when checking Availability on Young
America items the 1 st step is to always choose Young America in the “Product Brand” drop-down.
